Rights
On December 18, 2004, South Dakota-based Matthew Jones Band gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
Subject: Band Permission for the Matthew Jones Band
I am writing to give permission to archive all of our shows on your
site. We believe that the free distribution of music is what the whole
music thing is all about. Below is a copy of our taping/trading policy.
Thanks again, keep up the good work!

Matt added about having companion lossy copies here:
"Putting Mp3 shows up is fine. I agree it does give people, especially those with smaller hard drives, a chance to get shows."
